- 1From downtown Winters, get on US 83, then take TX 153 heading east.
- 2Stay on 153 about 6 miles — you’ll see the lake on your right.
- 3Turn onto County Road 167 and follow it to the Elm Creek Reservoir Park entrance.
- 4Drive in past the campers and park anywhere in the open field.
- 5Walk down to the bank — we’re set up between the crappie dock and the cabin. Look for the balloons.
